Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Nichole started working in the industry just out of high school while attending college. Starting out as a receptionist at local title company, she quickly moved up through the ranks. While working as an escrow officer she was acknowledged for her high production of over three million in gross revenue from 2005-2007, and most notably, awarded by her peers in 2007 as employee of the year. With her drive to deliver optimum results, she explored other avenues of the industry and started working at a local mortgage company processing and packaging loans.
In 2009, Nichole was inspired to follow in her grandmother footsteps and became a licensed real estate agent. She quickly learned her passion for real estate and the inner-workings of the business. Nichole currently works in a supportive capacity with other agents. She helps run an small brokerage firm in Folsom, CA as an Office Administrator, providing her team with the tools to be successful and grow their business. Nichole is recognized by all who have worked with her for efficiency, perseverance, and dedication to customer service, problem resolution and follow-through.
When Nichole is not supporting her team, you will find her spending time with her three children, family and her dearest friends.
